Period talk?
We’re so done with the awkward.

No whispers. No "you know what." Just periods.

The Reality.

“1 in 5 young women in India still lack access to hygienic period care.”

“Over 70% of adolescent girls in India are unaware of menstruation before their first period, leading to fear and shame.”

“Women spend nearly one-third of their lives in the post-menopausal phase, yet it is rarely included in basic health conversations.”

“23% of girls in India drop out of school upon reaching puberty due to a lack of adequate sanitation and awareness.”

“Globally, 500 million women and girls suffer from period poverty.”

WE ARE HERE TO
CHANGE THAT NARRATIVE
TOGETHER.

Body Literacy

Let's separate fact
from fiction

For generations, misinformation has fueled period stigma. It's time we unlearn the myths and embrace the science of our bodies.

Myth: Periods are dirty

Fact: Menstruation is a natural, healthy biological process. The stigma surrounding it is entirely socially constructed.

Myth: Severe pain is normal

Fact: While mild discomfort is common, debilitating pain is not normal and could indicate conditions like endometriosis.

Myth: You shouldn't exercise

Fact: Light to moderate exercise can actually help alleviate cramps and improve your mood during your cycle.

Myth: PMS is just 'in your head'

Fact: Premenstrual Syndrome is a recognized medical condition driven by very real hormonal fluctuations.

Body Literacy

The 4 phases of your menstrual cycle

The Release

The cycle begins. Your body sheds the uterine lining from the previous cycle.

Hormones

Estrogen and progesterone drop to their absolute lowest levels, which triggers the bleeding.

Mind & Mood

Energy draws inward. You may feel reflective, tired, or crave solitude. It's a natural time to pause.

Focus

Rest, hydration, light stretching, and nutrient-dense warm foods. Honor your body's need for recovery.

Why This Matters

This goes way beyond just biology.

How we handle periods impacts almost every part of life—from showing up to school to feeling comfortable at work. It's time we treat menstrual health with the care it deserves.

Making Products Accessible

Nobody should have to stress about affording pads or tampons. It's that simple.

No More Missed Days

A period shouldn't get in the way of learning. We want to make sure everyone has what they need to stay in class, comfortably.

Mind & Body Connection

Hormones are a lot to handle. We're here to validate those tough days and help you find the support you deserve.

Better Workplaces

Working through cramps is the worst. We're pushing for environments that actually understand how our bodies work.

Dropping the Shame

Hiding tampons up your sleeve? We've all been there. It's time to stop treating a natural bodily function like a secret.

Changing the Rules

Taxing tampons like luxury items is ridiculous. We're working to get free products in schools and public spaces.

Global Support

In some parts of the world, getting your period can mean being isolated. We want to change that narrative globally.

For Everyone Who Bleeds

Periods don't just happen to women. Using inclusive language is just about showing respect for everyone's dignity.

Understanding Our Bodies

It's crazy how little research there is on female biology. We need better funding for reproductive health.

Speaking Up

The more we talk about our bodies, the less scary it gets. Let's make it easier for the next generation.
